2 Hour Trail Ride: Embark on a captivating 2-hour guided trail ride with Country Trails and experience the natural beauty of Irvine Regional Park from a new perspective. Perfect for more advanced riders, this extended trail ride allows you to immerse yourself in the stunning flora and fauna of the park while enjoying the freedom of horseback riding. Sunset Trail Ride: Experience the magic of golden hour on a guided sunset trail ride through beautiful Irvine Regional Park. Please note that 2 riders is our minimum number to go out on trail. If you make a reservation for a single rider, we may need to reschedule your ride due to the number of participants. Please contact us directly to book a private ride.

Trail Ride Policies
Plan on arriving to Irvine Regional Park at least one hour before your ride time to ensure you can get into the park. Irvine Regional Park is very popular and busy, especially on the weekends. We will not refund or reschedule rides that do not make it into the park on time. Please make sure to arrive on time or you will miss your ride. We have parking available in Lot F. Irvine Regional parking fees: $3 per vehicle entry Monday - Friday; $5 Saturday - Sunday; Higher for some holidays and events.
All sales are final and specific to the day and time you choose when you book and pay for your reservation. When you pay for your ride, we guarantee we will not give it to someone else. Because of this, you agree to pay for your ride time whether or not you use it. As such, you cannot cancel your ride within 48 hours of your scheduled ride time. We will offer to reschedule your ride if you make the request a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled ride.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special needs riders. We recommend the Shea Center or Huntington Beach Equestrian Center. For the safety and well-being of our horses, all riders must weigh 200 pounds or less. The minimum age to ride with us is 8 years old. For our seasonal rides, the minimum age is 13.
For the safety of our riders and horses, trail rides may be rescheduled due to extreme heat, heavy rain, or unsafe riding/trail conditions. We’ll contact you as soon as possible if weather impacts your ride and will gladly reschedule to a later date that works for your party.
