Arrive at Country Trails 30 minutes prior to your ride time

• It may take 15 minutes to 1 hour to enter the park depending on traffic and events​

• Give yourself plenty of time to park and check in before your ride

  • Irvine Regional Park is incredibly popular! We recommend arriving early to enjoy the park attractions prior to your ride.

Park entry fee (per vehicle):

• $3 on weekdays

• $5 on weekends

Once inside Irvine Regional Park:

• Follow signs for "Rental Horses" to Parking Lot F

• We are located directly across from Lot F

• If Lot F is full, park in the dirt driveway marked “Rental Horses”

Wear closed-toed shoes (required) and long pants (recommended)

• High heels are NOT allowed​

Bring water and sunscreen

Helmets available on-site and required for your ride

Cash tips for your guide are always appreciated!

Release forms will be signed on-site before your ride

Riders must be:

• Ages 8–80

• Under 200 lbs

• Not pregnant

• Able to mount/dismount without assistance

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special needs riders. We recommend the Shea Center or Huntington Beach Equestrian Center.

Our minimum number of riders to go out on trail is 2 riders. If you make a reservation for a single rider, we may need to reschedule your ride due to the number of participants.

We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your ride.

• Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur for safety reasons, including extreme heat, heavy rain, park closures, or unsafe riding or trail conditions.

• If weather affects your ride, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule for a later date that suits your group.

Rides cannot be booked more than 90 days in advance and can only be refunded if cancelled a minimum of 2 days before the ride time.
